What does tAnirika mean?
Translated as “flower” in Sanskrit, tAnirika embodies the elegance and modernity offered by the merging of floral art and fashion design.

What types of materials do you use to create the jewelry?
The jewelry relies heavily on floral elements, though the use of semi-precious stones, large abstract pendants, brooches, and colored stones are used to complement the client’s clothing. We work with an established list of fresh cut flower distributors to obtain fresh, long-lasting floral sets.

Can I view the pieces in person?
Each piece of jewelry is handmade and custom-designed to meet the needs of the client. Given the need to preserve freshness and vibrancy, each piece is made just before needed, thus jewelry is not kept on display in our showrooms. The photographs on our website offer clients an idea of possible designs and color combinations.

Do you offer in-person consultations?
Yes, though it is not necessary. We are able to conduct virtual meetings to offer design assistance.

Do you have a product catalog?
The website serves as our product catalog. All product information is noted on the website, and hard copies are not offered.

Where do you deliver?
Your order can be sent nationwide in the United States. We use overnight shipping and appropriate packing to ensure your floral jewelry arrives in tact and fresh for your event.

How do I place an order?
It is best to place an initial order online via the Contact Us form. Please be sure to complete the form in its entirety.

How do I know that my order has been received?
Once an order request is submitted via the Contact Us page, a member of our team will be in touch within 48 hours to verify order details and confirm your order.

Can I customize my order?
Special requests will be accommodated if possible. Please send an e-mail to orders@tAnirika.com with specific details as to how you would like to customize your jewelry.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Orders must be placed three (3) weeks prior to your event date to ensure adequate time to obtain the florals needed for your design. Rush orders may be processed with an additional fee.  Please ensure to specify event date when completing the Contact Us form.

Can I cancel my order?
All requests to change or cancel an existing order must be placed prior to three (3) weeks before your delivery date. Since many of our florals are shipped from Central and South America, processing for the delivery begins several days prior to the delivery date. Changes or cancellations cannot be made once the three (3) week window begins.

How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please send an e-mail to orders@tAnirika.com with the subject heading CANCEL. In the body of your e-mail, please include your name, and full mailing address. You will receive an e-mail notice verifying cancellation of your order within 48 hours. Cancellations are subject to a fee equal to 20% of the total order amount. tAnirika will refund the amount you paid minus the 20% cancellation processing fee.

Can I track delivery of my jewels?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail from FedEx or DHL with a tracking number as well as a link to view and track your package.

Are orders really 100% guaranteed?
We do offer a 100% guarantee for factors within our control. For the most part (99.9% of the time), the jewelry can be made and delivered as scheduled. Unfortunately, weather delays or air labor strikes can result in delayed shipments. We suggest taking the season during which your event takes place into account. If you anticipate bad weather to be a factor, please work extra time into your delivery date.

How should I take care of my jewelry prior to wearing?
Immediately upon receiving your shipment, refrigerate the Floral Jewelry box. Do not remove the jewelry from its packaging until one (1) hour prior to use to ensure the jewels remain fresh and vibrant. It is also important to keep flowers in a cool, dark location away from direct sunlight or excessive heat as well as away from fruits, vegetables and/or plants.
